The National Testing Center is located in Proctorville, Iowa. Tests are brought in after being flown into the Iowa Non-International Airport. Its motto is "Controlling your destiny since 1925." The tests are controlled by a robot named Emma. Emma is watched over by a man who pokes it with a broom when it stalls. The machine broke apart when it corrected Bart Simpson's test.
