Completely unlike Comic Book Guy, Milo is nothing like the stereotypical comic book fan. Milo is slim, trendy, and has a girlfriend. (Comic Book Guy used those facts to try to denounce Milo as not being a real comic book fan, but the kids didn't buy it and continued shopping at Coolsville.) Big Butt Skinner was a giant weather balloon altered by Bart Simpson to resemble Principal Skinner, featuring a sign that read "Hi, I'm Big Butt Skinner." It had the prototype name of Buttzilla.

Springfield Elementary School's Science Week ended with the launch of a weather balloon organized by Principal Skinner, who proudly described it as the school's "most propane-explosion-free science week ever." Students gathered outside the school as Groundskeeper Willie released the balloon while Skinner praised science and encouraged enthusiasm for the event.

The celebration was disrupted when Bart Simpson revealed he had secretly attached a giant caricature of Skinner to the balloon.
