After the Simpson family received money from Great-Aunt Hortense Simpson, Marge took Bart and Lisa to the Bank of Springfield to deposit their inheritance. Bart opened a checking account with free customized checks, while Lisa opened a savings account. Later, Bart used a 25-cent check to try to obtain Krusty’s autograph. When the canceled check came back with a stamp from the Cayman Islands Offshore Holding Corporation instead of Krusty’s signature, Bart returned to the bank to complain.
