When the success of Mr. Burns' Casino became too much for him, Mr. Burns became reclusive, wearing Kleenex boxes for shoes.[1]
During the Springfield Air Show, Colonel Hapablap threatened to tear someone apart like a Kleenex at a snot party after finding his private washroom occupied. Sideshow Bob later repeated the same expression while impersonating the colonel to deceive a guard and gain access to a restricted hangar.[2]
