The Belching Contest is a contest held at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
History[edit]
After film critic Jay Sherman shared his awards during dinner, Homer Simpson showed off the trophy he had won in a belching contest at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Sherman then delivered an even louder belch, impressing everyone in the room, and Bart Simpson took the trophy away from Homer and handed it to Jay.[1]
