Francine Rhenquist is a bully who moved to Springfield Elementary School.

After the school bus arrived at Springfield Elementary, Otto realized that he forgot the new kid and went back to pick her up. When Francine got on the bus, everyone whispered mean things about her, causing Lisa to feel bad for her. At the school playground, Lisa was talking with Bart, Milhouse, and Lewis when she decided to go see if Francine wanted a friend. However, when Lisa spoke to her, Francine punched her in the eye.

Lisa talked with Homer and Marge about Francine, and Marge told Lisa to try and bond with her over a shared interest, with them settling on seeing if Francine liked Malibu Stacy.
