I've just applied the changes and switched over to a new kernel, so you should now find that uploads are re-enabled. | − | :I never really went into detail on this, so I suppose now's a good time. The new server is capable of hosting email addresses, but only internally to server administrators. I cannot provide email accounts to other users without compromising the security of the whole server, and I think we can all agree that security is most important. The only reason I have an account is because I have direct access to the server anyway. I'm looking into playing around with the internals of the email system to try to make the old system work again, but it doesn't look promising at the moment because the new server is an entirely different operating system. However, MediaWiki likes to display times in UTC even though everything is written in EST from the back-end.
