Behind the Laughter[edit]
Vegas Town Casino is a parody of the former Vegas World casino. The real casino closed four years before "Monty Can't Buy Me Love" aired. The green coloration is possibly based on the MGM Grand Las Vegas' lighting representing the Emerald City from The Wizard of Oz.
