Game Information
|
Grand Theft Walrus is a video game seen at Eski-Moe's and Barney's Bowlarama.
History[edit]
The game is a third person action game where the player is a walrus who steals cars and shoots his enemies, penguin characters controlled by the computer. When the Simpsons were hiding out in Alaska during Trappuccino, Homer went to Eski-Moe's and played the game when he was angry and needed to get out of the house.[1]
When Homer and Marge snuck into town after being banished from Springfield, they sneak into Barney's Bowlarama. As they bowl a few games, the arcade is seen in the background alongside Pong '95.[2]
Homer has a Grand Theft Walrus app on his MyPhone.[3]
Behind the Laughter[edit]
- Grand Theft Walrus is a parody of the Grand Theft Auto series of video games.
- The enemy penguins in the game dance in the same style as the penguin character Mumble in Happy Feet.
