Happy Smile Super Challenge Family Wish Show is a Japanese television entertainment series starring Wink.

The Simpsons watched the show while working at Osaka Seafood Concern; in the episode the family won a car. The Simpsons decided to participate in the show to try to get tickets back to Springfield.
At the beginning, Wink told the contestants the rules. When Homer said he didn't understand them, he got hit in the face with fire.
