The Ice Cream Man Cometh is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Ice Cream Man Homer content update. It requires the Ice Cream Truck to be obtained.

Pt. 1[edit]

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark Finally, a job I can eat! Not like that lousy power plant. You fry up one of those uranium fish sticks and you're medically quarantined for life. But now I can eat everything I work with! Except this steering wheel. Although it's not too bad with a chocolate drizzle... Task: "Make Homer Binge on Ice Cream". The job takes place at the Ice Cream Truck and takes 8 hours. Task: "Make Youngsters Sneak an Ice Cream" (x5). The jobs take place at the Ice Cream Truck and take 30 minutes. Quest reward: 100 and 10

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark Aw, my ice cream supply is disappearing fast. And my chocolate-drizzled steering wheel. And a little bit of my seat. When I run out of ice cream, my life will go back to having no meaning! What about your three beautiful children and loving wife? Fine, very little meaning. You could try selling the ice cream instead of eating it. I can't eat money, Lisa. Money's only good for buying things, like pants. Or ice cream! Homer, that's it! You're a genius! I'll eat my pants! After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Hey Dad, are you ok? You changed the ice cream truck music from Pop Goes the Weasel to Taps. At first I was selling so much ice cream and I knew the good times would last forever. Like the saying goes – what goes up, must stay up. But yet again a proverb betrayed me. This is 'never put your eggs in a basket' all over again. Now no one's buying! It's as if no one likes me, Lisa! Do you know what that feels like? I'm a vegetarian nerd who plays jazz and canvases for the Green Party. What do you think? It's probably the cold snap, caused by fluctuating weather patterns due to climate change. Maybe you should pack up shop and wait for a sunnier day? Task: "Make Ice Cream Man Homer Eat Ice Cream in the Basement". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 12 hours. After tapping on Ice Cream Man Homer's exclamation mark Lisa's right again. People want ice cream when it's hot. They want warm things when it's cold. And they never want a naked man bathing in their birdbath. But maybe if I make the town warmer, then people would want to buy more ice cream! And what makes things warmer faster than fire – nature's space heater. A healthy dose of senseless burning will corrode the ozone layer and speed up global warming! And then I'll sell double the amount of ice cream, without any negative repercussions whatsoever! Task: "Make Ice Cream Man Homer Burn Lots of Things". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 12 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Daaad! How could you have such reckless disregard for the environment!? Because... uh... I can't really remember the logic. Maybe some of this ice cream, which I'm in the mood for because it's so hot out, will jog my memory. No Dad, you have to stop with the ice cream! You're killing the earth and yourself! Fine, I'm out. No more burning, and no more selling ice cream. Now I just have to unload my leftover stock. Task: "Make Ice Cream Man Homer Eat it All".
