The Spaghetti Laboratory or the Spaglab (as regulars call it) features bizarre, Italian science-fiction food, such as Penne from Planet X and Manicottimal. It is a holdover from the 1980s fun-restaurant boom.

The restaurant might be a parody of The Old Spaghetti Factory.
