The The Metal Krusty-O is a prize in Frosty Krusty O's.

During a normal breakfast, Bart was eating a box of Frosty Krusty O's. Unaware that inside there was a jagged metal Krusty-O, or as Krusty claimed, "a prize," Bart ate the piece and later got a stomach ache.

Later at school, he begged his teacher to let him go to the nurse. After a couple of dozen seconds or a small nail manicure, Mrs. Krabappel finally excused Bart. As he entered the office, he noticed something shocking. Instead of their normal nurse, she had been replaced with Lunchlady Dora.
