After [[Bart]] and [[Homer]] had a falling out, Bart saw an advert for the Bigger Brothers Agency and went to sign up for it. Bart gave a sob story about how his father had abandoned him six years ago and got assigned Tom as his "Bigger Brother". Tom immediately impressed Bart by picking him up from school on a motorcycle and the two started to bond. Tom took Bart to a baseball game, worked out together, and watched ''{{ap|The Ren & Stimpy Show|TV series}}'' with him. However, Bart started to feel guilty and worried that he was taking Tom away from other kids more deserving of him. The The Metal Krusty-O is a prize in Frosty Krusty O's.

During a normal breakfast, Bart was eating a box of Frosty Krusty O's. Unaware that inside there was a jagged metal Krusty-O, or as Krusty claimed, "a prize," Bart ate the piece and later got a stomach ache.

Later at school, he begged his teacher to let him go to the nurse. After a couple of dozen seconds or a small nail manicure, Mrs. Krabappel finally excused Bart.
