Krusty's Clown College is a college that trains people to become Krusty actors. The college used to be Willie Nelson's house.

When Krusty was struggling financially, his accountant, Bill, suggested that Krusty could open a clown college to train some regional Krustys. At first, Krusty was against the idea and decided that he would instead cut back on condor egg omelets. However, Bill decided to get the college founded anyway.

As Homer was driving along the freeway, he noticed a billboard for Krusty's Clown College. At first, Homer dismissed it as clown college wasn't something he could eat. However, the billboard kept playing on his mind, and he kept imagining people as clowns.
