Shady Oaks is a cemetery in Springfield. The people buried at the cemetery all died of cholera.
History
When the graves at Shady Oaks were being dug up so the cemetery could be replaced with the Cholera Pit Fashion Plaza, a coffin was found to have two bodies inside. When the police were called to investigate, they found a business card for Simpson and O'Donnell Detective Agency on one of the skeletons and assumed that it was a murder that Abraham Simpson was linked to.
Eventually, the second body was discovered to be that of Harold Baumgartner, a business card printer in Springfield.
