how do you toggle the Site Notice on and off? I can turn it off, but i can't seem to turn it back on

- You can go to your browsers options and remove the cookie that is set when you hit the "hide" button, but I'm not sure if there is a user friendly way to toggle it--Smiley12 23:43, January 21, 2010 (UTC)
