Dead Lobster is a restaurant that serves lobster. The name of the restaurant is an obvious reference to Red Lobster, also a seafood restaurant. It was later destroyed due to a chain reaction caused by Homer involving throwing out a lit match and a leaking car battery, as well as both coming into contact with a gas main, which also resulted in the destruction of the entire Fast-Food Boulevard.
