The Lombardo Method is a trademark painting technique created by Professor Lombardo. The mothod consists of seeing everyday objects as simple geometrical shapes, such as circles, trapezoids, ellipses and rhombuses.
History
The "Lombardo Method" helps Marge when she's practicing painting a portrait of Homer. Eventually, she paints a picture of Homer sleeping on the couch in his underwear. She calls it "Bald Adonis," wich won the First Prize at the Springfield Art Exhibit. She also used the method to paint Mr. Burns.
