The Dimoxinil Guy is a man who briefly appears in Simpson and Delilah. He is bald, but takes Dimoxinil and wakes up the next morning with a huge clump of hair. Happy, he runs down Springfield, until the gets to Springfield Town Square, where he runs across Homer, who has also had success with the drug and the two happily dance around.
