Frank Shepard Fairey (born February 15, 1970), better known as Shepard Fairey, is an American artist, graphic designer, and illustrator, best known for his Barack Obama "Hope" poster. He voiced himself in the season 23 episode "Exit Through the Kwik-E-Mart".
