NCIS is an action police procedural television series. It is on its seventeenth season.
History
NCIS is Grampa's favorite "new" show, which he said was in its seventeenth season. He said that was what made America great, prompt investigation of in-house naval crimes.
Plot
In the episode, Leroy Jethro Gibbs and his agents investigated a dead body at Jackson Island Naval Base. Later, Gibbs went to see the medical examiner and said that a gun and a sailor hat screamed naval crime.

In real life, as of the time the episode aired, NCIS, was in its fifteenth season, not the seventeenth.
