+[[Bart]] and [[Milhouse]] are in [[Bart's treehouse]], reading comic books. They decide to also become superheroes. They pay a visit to [[Professor Frink]], where Bart "accidentally" pours an incomplete formula over Milhouse. It is actually hair growth formula, which turns out to work on Milhouse. This attempt to get Milhouse to become a superhero fails, so instead they try to get Milhouse hit by lightning, so he holds an umbrella when it thunders. Milhouse gets hit, but does not change and is not a superhero.
