== Reasons for blocking ==
Reasons for blocking can be any of the following:
*[[Wikisimpsons:Vandalism|Vandalism]]/Spam.
*Breaking policies.
*Personal attacks/Inappropriate messages.
*Open hostility towards other users via talk page messages/edit summaries.
*[[Wikisimpsons:Account names|Inappropriate usernames]]. Anyone with an inappropriate username will be permanently blocked but will be allowed to create a new account that doesn't break policy.

== Block length ==
Blocks can be for any length. However, blocks usually follow the pattern of:

*'''First Offense''' - Two Weeks.
*'''Second Offense''' - One Month.
*'''Third Offense''' - Three Months.
*'''Fourth Offense''' - Six Months.
*'''Fifth Offense''' - One Year or Permanent.
