Everytime I'm here, he has filled up recent changes editing, usually on undeveloped things such as comics. He has over 23,000 mainspace edits, often deals with spam and unneeded edits, as far as I know has been constantly active for the past few years and is admin at the Swedish wiki. The fact that AleWi can sometimes be misunderstood or not get his point across clearly because of his slightly bad English skills is enough for me to decide against him being admin. Also, AleWi has created 850 of the last 1000 articles made on the wiki. He deserves admin, in my opinion.  #AleWi is a great user. Don't get me wrong, he is extremely helpful to have around on the wiki. As an admin though, I can only see him being janitorial. An admin's job is to get points across to other users as well as perform the janitorial roles. English is not his first language and it's still pretty bad in some places (when written anyway, can't say about speaking) so it's sometimes hard to understand what he is explaining. This is something that is not wanted in an admin.
