Milhouse walks by [[Lisa]] and [[Alex Whitney]]'s lemonade stand, and comes up with an idea about how he could be Lisa's boyfriend by the year 2024. In his room, he writes down a business plan where he will make money by producing "wedgie shields", to be worn under the underpants, which make getting wedgies less painful and more tolerable for the victim(s). He makes a significant profit. By the time he has 33,000,000 customers, he is famous and can finally go on a date with Lisa, but lies about the nature of his company. He tells Lisa it is a surgical service for heart patients. During the date she learns the truth when a bully wants to give Milhouse a wedgie, and one of his underlings takes Milhouse's place. Milhouse, who had been sleeping, wakes up from his dream and realizes he shouldn't exploit others, but still thinks the wedgie shield is a good idea.
