If you look at [http://genealogygems.tv/Images/arbol_genealogico_simpsons.png this image] (the person who's name looks like "pert Simpson" is Rupert), there are no Spucklers. If Cletus was female it could work, but the only explaination is that there is another silbling in the tree, female, who married a Spuckler and had a child called Cletus.
