I've been thinking that it could be good to make use of the DVD features subpages (linked at the bottom of an episode's infobox) to list deleted scene appearances since those pages aren't exactly big anyway. So, for future deleted scenes, can you put them there instead of appearances pages? The DVD features pages should also list the deleted scenes and a basic outline of what happens in them too if they don't already.
