You could actually be hanging the "Speedy delete" tag on an innocent party who happened to be so unfortunate as to create an account at the same time as the spammer miscreant scum was at it again. Therefore, please don't put the <nowiki>{{Speedy Delete\|Spam Account}}</nowiki> template on an account unless and until you see it spamming.
