Otto switched urine samples with Homer because his urine sample had drugs in it. Homer went there once for illegally transporting litter. During his time at the prison, Homer was a snitch. Homer's cell was on the third floor. Marge once got into the prison to see Homer because she was the president of the cultural activities board and she was given a key to the concert hall. One of the prison guards killed his own father. All the prisoners were put on a garbage barge, as ordered by Governor Mary Bailey.
