The unnamed Ukrainian mobster is a mobster who worked for Victor. He was with Victor while he checked his email and encouraged his boss to watch a [[MyTube]] video sent by his brother. This led to Victor finding a video showing [[Wayne]] attacking [[Mr. Burns]]. The terrorist suggests Victor give the video zero stars, but Victor instead decides to go to Springfield to kill Wayne, as revenge for killing his loved ones.

It is unknown whether or not he still works with the mafia, after Victor was killed.

== Behind the Laughter ==
It is unknown whether or not the mobster went with Victor to Springfield, however since he is not seen at the hockey rink where Wayne kills Victor and his gang, he is likely still alive.
