-During recess at [[Springfield Elementary School]], [[Bart]] is playing with the seesaw and a water balloon, intending to use the seesaw as a "space catapult" to launch the water balloon into orbit. He places the water balloon on the lower end of the seesaw, then climbs atop a picnic table near the other end. He jumps off the picnic table, lands squarely on the seesaw, and triumphantly cries "We have lift off!" as the balloon flies into the air. Bart's triumph is quickly dashed, however, as the balloon, instead of soaring into orbit, quickly comes back down and hits him on the head.
