== Synopsis ==
[[Claude Kane III]] tries to invite [[Gloria Grand]] at lunch, but she have no time. Claude meeting a man who wants to show Gloria a photo when he sees Claude he faints because he recognizes him. He turns out to have a photo picturing him without the hat so you can see the flash that is stuck in his head. Claude becomes {{ch|Radioactive Man}} and he takes him to his home. The man, [[Giorgio Bishop]] telling him his life story, he comes from Florida and were here on vacation, he was going to change trains in [[Zenith City]] when he saw the men with a flash in his head and he took a photo, he walk with the photo to the TV where he saw the man again. Giorgio asking Radioactive Man for his help to find him. Radioactive Man dosen't want to reveal his true identity but having an idea how he can publish it. Weeks later visit Claude, Gloria which complaining of a new newspaper the [[Weekly Global Gazette]] that has jokes scoops, one of the photos is that Giorgio took of him but she understands it is fake. It turns out that Radioactive Man paid Giorgio to print the paper by himself. Claude is happy for everyone believe the news is a joke so his identity is safe.

He had to catch his train but vowed to one day return and find him. Bishop, not realizing that Radioactive Man is the same person as Claude, asks Radioactive Man for help finding him. Radioactive Man then thinks up several ways of keeping Bishop's story from getting out. Eventually, he gives Bishop the money to publish the ''[[Weekly Global Gazette]]'', a newspaper that nobody takes seriously, filled with all of his crackpot theories. +[[Claude Kane III]] is at [[WZEN Tower]] where he asks [[Gloria Grand]] out on a date again. Gloria asks Claude for a favor, saying that a man, [[Giorgio Bishop]], has been pestering her, wanting her to report on a story. Bishop recognizes Claude before he passes out. Claude figures out why he recognized him, finding a photo of himself with the lightning bolt sticking out of his head in Bishop's possession. {{Ch|Radioactive Man}} takes Bishop back to [[The Containment Dome]] where he questions him for his story. Bishop is interested in anomalies of science and spends his time finding them.
