On Earth, the literary characters continue to attack the Earth population, and when the Nimbus lands they are also attacked, but after [[Bart]] states that [[The Simpsons]] are also characters like them, they stop attacking them so the Simpsons can finally run to the [[Planet Express headquarters]], where [[Lisa]] finds out how they can stop the attacks after she asks the "What If-machine" what they would do if they knew how to beat the fictional characters.
