[[Mayor Quimby]] is to be the next guest on the show, and Bart gives him an earpiece so he can say the things Bart tells him to say. On the show, Milhouse asks him how so many people think he is a big doofus. Bart tells Quimby to say &quot;I know you are but what am I?&quot; which he does. Bart keeps feeding Quimby lines to say, and Quimby ends up just repeating what Milhouse is saying.
