Both Bart and [[Comic Book Guy]] want the comic book, but Bart realizes he cannot beat Comic Book Guy, so he asks [[Homer Simpson|Homer]] if he can enter the contest, which he accepts. The other contestants are [[Seymour Skinner]] and [[Disco Stu]]. The race begins and after a while only Comic Book Guy and Homer are left. Homer almost gives up but after Bart encourages him he continues to eat. The audience begins to think it is disgusting, because the contestants' bodies have begun to swell and Bart believes that Homer is going to explode, so he asks his father to stop, but he refuses. The audience leaves the competition, and Krusty cancels the competition and gives them each a copy of the comic.
