+[[Bart]] visits [[Professor Frink]] and finds out that he has developed a hair tonic. The next day during lunch, Bart gives all the boys at school Professor Frink's hair tonic without them knowing about it, and after recess all the boys except Bart have facial hair. The girls like their hair and Bart becomes jealous of them. He tests the hair tonic on himself, but it does not work so he uses a false beard but this does not work either and he gets teased by the girls because he does not have real facial hair. Bart goes to Professor Frink, who tests Bart's hair and discovers that his hair does not work with the tonic. The next day, Bart decides to bring a gun loaded with the hair tonic and starts to spray it on all the students and most of the teachers, and they get too much hair. All the students are forced to shave, even Bart, and it turns out to be picture day.
