Over in [[Shelbyville]], Amadopolis can see the tank parked at the Power Plant using a hidden camera and believes Mr. Burns has broken the treaty. Very shortly afterwards, he declares a nuclear war on Springfield with Mr. Burns choosing to retaliate.
