One of the Mackleberry twin complain at [[Edna]] that she are sitting next to [[Milhouse]] becuase he have cooties. Milhouse starts to fantasize that [[Seymour Skinner]] heard that she telling Edna at he had had cooties and start an alarm. A number of men with protective suit enters the classroom. One of them takes of his mask and the man turns out to be [[Dr. Nick]] who telling that cooties is terrible and eat away the social life but he has a solution. He gives Milhouse a protective bubble-suit that he must wear the rest of life. Milhouse likes the suit. Milhouse wakes up from his dream and telling the class at cooites are awesome.
