 You could probably import articles from wikipedia here. There's an amazing list [[wikipedia:List of The Simpsons episodes|here]] with links to all articles. All the articles are also pretty good (structure, content) and of course, GFDL, so you can easily import them here, along with a lot of other stuff, and then improve upon them. One way to understand the difference is to see Wikipedia as the encyclopedia and Wikia as the rest of the library.
