		+	okay, so i like to mention that Bart's not evil (merely mischievous), and while all of what you mentioned above ''could'' be the reason to his ... behavior, i'd like to believe it's more because of his family life.
		+	think about it, he has a father who's been strangling him for any type of juvenile behavior (which, as bart ''is'' juvenile, namely only 10, is a little stupid) literally ever since he was born. he has a mother who apparently sees nothing wrong with it, and a sister who's been hailed as his better ever since she was born (case in point, his family didn't find out about a bad teacher (and his first one, to be honest) until months afterwards, mainly because they were busy finding a school for a girl who didn't need to go to school for two years). he obviously seeks attention from his parents (as seen in a few episodes), and it seems to be the main reason for all his...behavior.
