Therefore she was alive 19 years before "the main Simpsons year" and she would have been between 80 and 101 years old if she was alive now.

She looks very young for her age which makes me think that she has really great genetics and clearly over the past 6 years she started to look significantly older. Possibly she was really stressed because of Clancy's death. However Clancy looks way older than Jaqueline on that same picture. I'm pretty sure he was older than her. So, if Jacqueline is 80 now, Clancy would have been at least 80+ if he was alive.

 Let's go back to Bambi. Let's say she gave birth to Clancy when she was at least 18. That makes her at least 98 years old if she was alive. And she couldn't have been older than 101 as I mentioned before.
