== History ==
[[Principal Skinner]] was at the [[Home & Garden Show]] running the [[Hose Nozzles]] stand. He was telling people about the Sprinkle King, Sprinkle Queen, and Deluxe Sprinkle King nozzles claiming them to be "the [[Simon & Garfunkel]] plus one of hose nozzle dispersal arrays".

He was about to do a demonstration, when [[Bart]] stood on top of the hose, stopping the water from flowing out of the nozzle. As Skinner tried to figure what was wrong, he looked down the hose nozzle. At that point Bart took his foot off the hose causing water to shoot in Skinner's face.
