== History ==
To address the issue of the [[Springfield Monorail]] being out of control, [[Mayor Quimby]] and [[Chief Wiggum]] argue over who is in charge. They go to [[Springfield Town Hall|town hall]] to resolve the constitutional crisis and read the city charter.

According to the charter, as town constable, Wiggum is entitled to receive a pig every month, as well as "two comely lasses of virtue true." Quimby takes a closer look and says, "Hey, how many broads do I get?" The two then argue over the charter as the monorail zips past.
