[[Bart]] is riding on his skateboard around [[Springfield]] when he meets the new bully, [[Michael D'Amico]]. Michael tells Bart about his gang and wants him to join his gang. Michael gave Bart a test on how well they could trust him, and that he must prank his best friend, [[Milhouse]]. Bart feels threatened by Michael and his friends, so the next day, Bart pantses Milhouse on the schoolyard. Lisa sees the pantsing, and discovers that Bart is trying to join Michael's gang and Lisa warns him of them. Later in the evening, Michael tells Bart about their plan, and that they going to steal the candy that Lisa made for the school sales.
