Lisa calls the [[Jazz Squad]] and tells [[Bleeding Gums Murphy]] to calm down the traffic with his saxophone. [[Thelonious Monk]] gets the city's dogs to be nice by letting them listen to his music. Lisa tries to get [[Fat Tony]] to stop his crimes by sending the dogs to attack him. but it doesn't work because the dogs are nice now, so she gets [[Billie Holiday]] to sing for him and make him cry, and Fat Tony gives up.
