He tells Bart that he is not welcome in prison and since no one wants to hire him, he has to live in the box. Meanwhile, [[Lisa]] is in the library and finds out that if the library does not get more visitors, they will have to close. Bart and [[Milhouse]] go to look for Sideshow Bob, and they discover that [[Chester J. Lampwick]] is with him. He tells them that even though he is rich, he enjoys life as a homeless person and has become Bob's new friend.

Bob tells them that he tried to kill Bart again, but he has a button that will blow up the whole amusement park. He pushes the button, but it turns out that [[Cletus]] has not connected the dynamite to the charge, so the button fails and Bob is arrested. Lisa tells Bart and Lampwick that she is happy that the two are safe, but sad that the library is now closed. Lampwick says he can open the library again. People are now visiting the library and reading books, but the only visitors are the homeless. Lisa is not happy, because the library is too crowded.
