== History ==
After infiltrating a group of [[Shelbyville]] children while searching for [[Springfield]]'s stolen [[Springfield Lemon Tree|lemon tree]], [[Bart Simpson]] accompanied them to the [[Shelbyville Bluffs]], where they planned to paint a large anti-Springfield message visible from the neighboring town. Bart instead revealed his identity and painted a pro-Springfield slogan, "Springfield Rules Suckers!." The Shelbyville children immediately gave chase, prompting Bart to escape on a skateboard.

Racing through Shelbyville, Bart navigated a series of obstacles at the Shelbyville Construction Co. site, including barriers, a swinging wrecking ball, and a large pipe, while Shelby pursued him closely on another skateboard. The chase continued past the local [[Speed-E-Mart]], [[Joe's Tavern]], and [[Shelbyville Elementary School]]. Bart eventually lost control after riding into a patch of wet cement, forcing him to abandon his skateboard and flee on foot.
