He sees kids planning to storm the White House and decides to attack them as {{ch|Radioactive Man}}, but when he starts to attack them, [[Bloody Heart|Bleeding Heart]] asks if he has nothing better to do than beat up peaceful kids. Radioactive Man tells him that he does not understand why he protects the left-wingers; they are breaking the law. Bleeding Heart tells him that there is no law against demonstration outside the White House. Bleeding Heart starts to explain why he has moved to Washington: his boss [[Miles Mando]] went bankrupt and the two of them are now poor, but he has received a good contact with the young people and believes in their ideas. She sees that the note that Fallout Boy is holding in the photo is a flyer for Spoon-In, and that all visitors to the event come back brainwashed. However, she has an idea about how they can access the event without being affected, and gives them protective clothes. The event takes place at [[Mount Zenith]] so they start to drive there. They stop outside O'Neil's Cafe so Brenda can stretch her legs, but when Radioactive Man and Bleeding Heart go into the cafe she is knocked down. When Bleeding Heart and Radioactive Man are ready to proceed to the event, they discover that Brenda is gone. They believe that she is already at the Spoon-In, so they go there.
