== History ==
When the [[Simpson family]] visited the school's annual fair, [[Bart]] went over to ride the bumper cars but noticed that nobody was bumping each other. He used the hood ornament on his bumper car as a targeting reticle and slammed into the rich boy's car. The collision then caused the boy's airbag to pop out, while a bumper car ambulance showed up. Two paramedics got out, grabbed the boy, and put him in the back of the ambulance.
